No one wants to get out of bed on Monday mornings, especially Chat (the kitty). (Just consider the unnecessary effort required to move oneself to the couch to continue a siesta!)
Two straps including the one in this photo get hooked up across the mattress and blankets before the Murphy bed can be raised up and tucked away. She was just daring me to try raising that bed this morning.
