Let the thesis writing begin!

Day one back in lab after my single cell physiology summer school, and I'm hitting the ground running. I created a few new Microsoft Word files to officially begin the drafting of my PhD thesis, a daunting task (especially as I don't yet have the data to really know what story I'm going to be telling!). Regardless, the end, if distant, is in sight!

The disaster that is my lab desk. I'm hoping a thesis will emerge from this mess...
