And I was pretty excited since it was the first time I took the trouble to image an entire neuron, all the way to the outer reaches of the dendrites. Pleased with my pretty files, I stayed late after today's more disappointing experiments to play around a bit, and ta-da!: my little after-work art project:

this post made me so happy! reminds me of the good ol' times at MIT labs, imaging neurons. :) great catching up with your life via your blog! i should aim to start something like it so that others are updated on my life as well, at their pace.
