Fun fact: Apparently the half-dozen- or dozen-red-roses concept is not a French thing. As best I understand, and correct me if I'm wrong, there doesn't seem to be a standard number to give. It's sort of a toss up as to whichever is your lucky count. I got seven. Aren't they pretty? :)
